If, after completing your first four (4) months of personal and group coaching, you do not believe that you are receiving or will receive appropriate value for your investments of time and money, simply follow the procedures below and we will refund 100% of your monthly dues.
If the above referenced requirement has been met and you wish to exercise your Total Satisfaction Guarantee, simply provide us with a written request within five (5) business days following your fourth month. One hundred percent (100%) of your monthly dues will be refunded within thirty (30) days of receipt of your request.

1. When you commit to a CEO or Entrepreneur’s Coaching Membership, we will jointly develop Personal and Professional Goals to be achieved by the end of the first year.
2. You will be required to complete all Private coaching sessions and attend at least 10 Group Coaching sessions during the 12 month guarantee period. You are also required to implement all action steps agreed to at the Private coaching sessions.*
3. If you have not achieved these goals by the end of the 12th month of membership, I will suspend your dues and will continue to work with you until those goals are achieved.
* All requirements will be established in a written agreement.
